100 commercialisation cases assessed
The CERIM partners have assessed more than 100 research-based inventions from a commercial perspective and selected some 15 cases for further strategy development.

Learning workshop on investor relations
In Vienna, on February 2 2011 a learning workshop was organized by ValDeal. The aim of this workshop was to identify the most important features of an investor presentation and elevator pitch to find the priorities of potential investors.
New articles
The Institute of Innovation and Development of the University of Ljubljana has published a press article PANORAMA on Jan 22_Tudi-proizvodnja-iz-alg-bo-postala-donosna as well as the article/publication: Knowledge and Technology Transfer in Higher Education as support for Innovation: the case of University of Ljubljana.
The policy guideline is published
The policy guideline is finalized. It comprises ten chapters addressing important policy areas for improving tech transfer in Central Europe.
Learning workshop on Commercialisation and IP strategies
On Sep. 6-9 2010 the CERIM partnership arranged a learning workshop in Vienna. The topic was "Commercialisation and IP-strategies" and the focus was on approaches to evaluation of high potential tech transfer cases.
CERIM Partnering conference in Budapest
On May 5 the CERIM partner ValDeal arranged and hosted an investor meeting in Budapest. During the meeting inventions identified during the CERIM project were presented to private and public investors from the Central Europe area.

CERIM was noticed in Italian press
The Italian newspaper Sole24Ore-Lombardia wrote an article on February 24th about technology transfer in Lombaria (Italy) in which the CERIM-project was mentioned.
